Inspired By Our Own Struggles.

We launched TheMindClan.com because we know firsthand how challenging it can be to find support for ourselves and our loved ones. We know that experiences of neurodivergence (like dyslexia, ADHD, autism, etc), or being from a marginalized community (LGBTQIA+, etc), can make it especially challenging to find support.

We understand the overwhelming feeling of scrolling through endless lists, wondering whom to trust, and not knowing what to expect.

We believe finding support should feel like a warm, welcoming journey, not a challenge.

If you experience neurodivergence, or are from a marginalized community, you need to find support that is inclusive and non-judgemental.

When you discover a support provider who feels right, you can connect with them directly - we're here to be that bridge between you and the support you're looking for.

Support providers are handpicked after personal interviews and a rigorous curation process.

We primarily support ourselves by working closely with corporate organizations, to facilitate webinars and workshops on mental health for their employees. Learn More

We also work on creating resources that help make mental health a priority in more spaces.

Everything we do is to help people discover the beauty of inclusive mental health support.

If you appreciate our mission of making mental health care accessible and inclusive, and would love to bring this to your organization or collaborate with us, we'd be delighted to hear from you!

Words From Our Users

When I wanted to seek out therapy, I had no idea of who I should approach, or how the process worked, or how to even find a therapist who I would be comfortable talking to.

TheMindClan was incredibly helpful in making the process non-intimidating, providing a shortlisted set of therapists, listing their specialties and approaches, and letting me contact them right through the site. Choosing to get mental health support was a big step for me, so the site let me take baby steps until I found what I needed.

The therapist I ended up finding through the site helped me immensely over the past 2 years, so big ups to TheMindClan for doing what they do. Very useful for therapy n00bs like I used to be!

I found a support group from TheMindClan.com. The experience of finding resources was smooth. The Instagram posts and reels are helpful too. I am really grateful I found this platform. 😊

TheMindClan is a site and source I trust (obviously) - easy to navigate, and with great resources. The emojis make me feel like I’m welcomed and comforted and already validated.

Also! Not related but when I come across accounts on social media followed by TheMindClan or you, I know I can trust them for info and content πŸŒ»β€οΈπŸƒ

I feel so many positive changes happening since the time I have started therapy with a therapist from the platform. It was very easy to find Therapists on TheMindClan.

Reading details about my therapist’s approach to therapy was something that made me choose her. Also her answers to the questions mentioned on the website was something that made me choose her.

The website is comprehensive and solution driven. The site provides mental health care services for varying ages and genders. The information/instructions seem comforting. I like the feel of the website, and the listed services: it’s inclusive, gentle, and comforting

I found my first therapist via TheMindClan and the experience was great. While the therapist himself was fantastic, I’d like to take a minute to appreciate and congratulate the TMC team for what they’ve built out here, and I’ve relentlessly recommended it to friends. Oh, and their Instagram content game is πŸ’―

It’s been a great experience to find support from TheMindClan.com. I’ve learnt so much about myself and I couldn’t be more grateful

Found a therapist for my mom through TheMindClan.

It was a task to get her to seek therapy earlier, but due to the ice breakers on the therapist profiles and journey background, she found it much easier to make an informed choice and reach out. She also appreciated how the process of reaching out could be at her own pace with countless resources on the platform to support her.

Having other forms of support (like support groups, helplines, resources) to complement therapy is so important. I gave up almost all hope of finding support for myself, until I found a support group through TheMindClan.

Understanding Therapy Approaches

When finding a therapist, one of the most common confusions you may experience is when you see a therapist listing their approach in therapy. Whether you’re looking to start therapy for the first time or are looking to re-start therapy with a new therapist, understanding your therapist’s approach is key in finding a value-sync in your relationship with them in therapy.

No, your organization doesn’t need to hire a full-time or onsite therapist.

Prioritizing employee mental health is important in the workplace. Many companies offer in-house therapy to their employees to ensure that they’re getting the care they need. The most common reason is to help them cope with their work-related stress. Therapists can also help with other issues, like improving communication skills, managing feelings, navigating conflicts with colleagues, and addressing personal emotional concerns.

Thought starters for your organization for Pride Month.

In observance of LGBTQIA+ pride month, many organizations across the world have made efforts to be more inclusive and welcoming to the LGBTQIA+ community. Some have created rainbow flags and stickers to display in their lobbies and offices, while others have held events specifically for queer and trans* employees. These celebrations are an important reminder that all individuals should be treated with respect and dignity, no matter what their sexual or gender identity may be.
