
We launched TheMindClan.com because we know firsthand how challenging it can be to find support for ourselves and our loved ones. We know that experiences of neurodivergence (like dyslexia, ADHD, autism, etc), or being from a marginalized community (LGBTQIA+, etc), can make it especially challenging to find support.
We understand the overwhelming feeling of scrolling through endless lists, wondering whom to trust, and not knowing what to expect.

Exercises You Can Practice To Ground Yourself
When I wanted to seek out therapy, I had no idea of who I should approach, or how the process worked, or how to even find a therapist who I would be comfortable talking to.
TheMindClan was incredibly helpful in making the process non-intimidating, providing a shortlisted set of therapists, listing their specialties and approaches, and letting me contact them right through the site. Choosing to get mental health support was a big step for me, so the site let me take baby steps until I found what I needed.
