A place to share stories, ask questions or seek advice. Grief affects every person in a different way every time.
Facilitating mutual understanding, the group encourages open communication to help members process their grief, reduce feelings of isolation, and develop coping strategies.
The intention of this space is to experience and allow oneself to grieve at their own pace while holding space for each other. The process of grieving isn’t linear and not experienced in stages, it’s a complex process which takes time, compassion and care.
