Sharing space for folks experiencing burnout and fatigue, and find hope.
FAQ
  • Who Is This Support Group For?

Since 2017, One Future Collective has been actively holding spaces for the communities that we work with, including book clubs and healing circles. Initially launched as an extension of One Future Collective’s COVID-19 Mental Health Project, which provided support to frontline workers, the Healing Liberation Project transitioned into an ongoing initiative. Over the past five years, One Future Collective has curated safe spaces tailored to specific communities, including queer individuals and survivors of gender-based violence. With an emphasis on nurturing healing, growth, reflection, and unlearning, these spaces have positively impacted over 25,000 individuals.

Each space offers opportunities for connection, rest, joy, and solidarity, striving for inclusivity and accessibility through suggested fees, discounted packages, and financial aid options.

The goal is to strengthen community building, promote connections and rest. Through these spaces we wish to create a nurturing environment where individuals can find communities supporting their healing and growth.

You may clarify the above details with them directly.

Description: Life can bring us down at times with feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, fatigue, and burn out but a rainbow of hopeful tolerance can always be found by those who seek it. Join us on a journey to find your Rainbow of Tolerance. Through this session, we hope to unpack feelings of overwhelm, burnout, and fatigue through the lens of Dr. Dan Seigal’s Window of Tolerance Model.

The intention is to find one’s Rainbow of tolerance and develop a tool kit to help navigate burnout and find one’s rainbow of tolerance. Structure/flow and activities of the sessions: The session will begin with an ice-breaking game followed by a discussion on the model in question and some reflection questions which will be interspersed with sharing spaces.

What do you hope for participants in your group to take back with them after the session? : Participants can expect to find a safe space with community agreements in place to help us collectively process overwhelming experiences of burnout and fatigue.

Finding Support On TheMindClan.com

How It Works

1. Find Support

Browse our curated list of mental health professionals, support groups, and resources that resonate with you.

2. Learn More

Read detailed profiles, specialties, and approaches to understand if they're the right fit for you.

3. Connect Directly

We'll help you reach out and then step aside - your mental health journey is personal.

While we carefully curate our listings, we encourage you to make your own informed decisions. Take time to research, ask questions, verify credentials and choose what feels right for you. Your comfort and safety is top priority.

Inspired By Our Own Struggles.

We launched TheMindClan.com because we know firsthand how challenging it can be to find support for ourselves and our loved ones. We know that experiences of neurodivergence (like dyslexia, ADHD, autism, etc), or being from a marginalized community (LGBTQIA+, etc), can make it especially challenging to find support.

We understand the overwhelming feeling of scrolling through endless lists, wondering whom to trust, and not knowing what to expect.

For Everyone

Whether you're coping with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, grief, or any other mental health concern, we're here to help you find the right support.

Inclusive by Design

If you are queer, neurodivergent, or are from a marginalized community, your experiences are at the heart of what we do.

Handpicked with Care

Support providers are handpicked after personal interviews and a rigorous curation process.

For context: From 442 therapist who wanted to join our platform (Oct 2020–Mar 2025), only 168 made it through our curation process.

Not Just Therapy

We also curate support groups 👥, create digital exercises 📱, and work on corporate partnerships 🏢 that help make mental health a priority in more spaces.

No Middlemen. Take Things Ahead Directly

We provide you with direct contact details of support providers, empowering you to reach out, ask questions, and schedule sessions

Access Their Story

Get to know your potential therapist or support group's background & journey, helping you find someone who feels right for you.

Confidential

Your conversations with support groups, therapists, and others remain completely private. We never ask them for any information about the concerns you have shared with them.

Your Relationship, No Interference From Us

If the therapist or support group you choose is not a good fit, you can use our platform to find someone else you feel more comfortable with. We're not here to interfere with your relationship with your support provider.

If you appreciate our mission of making mental health care accessible and inclusive, and would love to bring this to your organization or collaborate with us, we'd be delighted to hear from you!
