Facilitator Bio:
With over nine years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist, my practice is grounded in the social model of mental health and informed by narrative therapy. I work with individuals navigating depression—diagnosed or undiagnosed—often alongside complex experiences such as trauma, identity exploration, and neurodivergence. My approach is strength-based, trauma-informed, and queer-affirmative, with a commitment to honoring each person’s unique story and lived experience.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing is relational. I strive to create safe, collaborative spaces where clients feel deeply seen, supported, and empowered. In addition to individual work, I am particularly invested in group processes that foster connection, shared insight, and collective healing—offering participants a space not only to reflect, but to re-author their experiences within a supportive community.
