I was always fascinated by how different yet similar human experiences are. This led me to take up clinical psychology as my major. I resonated with it as it’s a science that teaches you a complementing blend of scientific inquiry and compassionate intervention in helping one navigate life.
Being a therapist is an incredibly humbling and a rewarding experience. I cherish working directly with people, attuning to their stories, and being a sounding board and to provide support during their most vulnerable moments.
The first session can be a different experience for every client. However, the one experience I’d want everyone to have in the first session would be that of being heard and a will (a fleeting one even!) to give the process a shot.
If you are here, it tells me that you feel like you require some help and I’m here to provide it. In therapy you come as you are and there are no expectations apart from making it to the session.
I have come to believe that the sole of therapy is in the authentic relationships I have built with my clients. As a therapist I’m attuned to my clients, and to gaining a nuanced understanding of their world. I approach every client with positive regard, genuineness and curiosity to personalize therapy for you.
We as humans are very perceptive and all my clients have taught me to be humble, and genuine in my approach.
I have a drive to provide the best quality care to my clients. This has enabled me to never shy away from any kind of work be it on my skills or even on myself. This has inspired me to grow personally as well as professionally.
I enjoy the arts and knowing more about the world! In my free time I like to engage in sports, cinema, and catching up with my close ones all of which is even better if paired with some great food!
I follow a client centered approach in my practice. I’m trained in all the scientific therapeutic modalities and licensed to provide the same. You can come as you are and together we can figure out how to take it forward.
I have experience working with queer as well as transitioning individuals. I understand and account for the eco-socio-political impacts of their context. As a therapist I also sometimes have to engage in advocacy for my clients to provide the required support.
It is the client who knows what hurts, what directions to go, what problems are crucial, what experiences have been deeply buried.

We've developed a curation process over 7+ years, which allows us to carefully curate each inclusive and affirming mental health provider listed on our platform.
We have come a long way since we started in 2018, and have been adapting our curation process every day. From the time a therapist or support group reaches out to us, it takes about 1 - 2 months to complete the process.
We launched TheMindClan.com because we know firsthand how challenging it can be to find support for ourselves and our loved ones. We know that experiences of neurodivergence (like dyslexia, ADHD, autism, etc), or being from a marginalized community (LGBTQIA+, etc), can make it especially challenging to find support.
We understand the overwhelming feeling of scrolling through endless lists, wondering whom to trust, and not knowing what to expect.
If you appreciate our mission of making mental health care accessible and inclusive, and would love to bring this to your organization or collaborate with us, we'd be delighted to hear from you!
