- You can be single, committed, married, or somewhere in between
- It’s for those who feel they simply aren’t good enough, their marriage isn’t good enough, or their partner isn’t good enough
- It’s for those who want to break the inertia and explore more

Facilitator Bio:
Facilitator: Veena Hari
Veena Hari is a Mental Health Practitioner with around 10 years of experience across the mental health and development sector. She is the founder of Bhavati Foundation, a not for profit organization working on reproductive mental health in India and host of the Mothering podcast. She describes herself as a passionate feminist and is a mother to a three and a half year old.
Through multiple batches of this group, Veena has been guiding women to identify and release emotional barriers around pleasure, fostering a safe space to redefine and embrace their unique experiences of joy and fulfilment. Her approach combines self-exploration techniques and supportive group dynamics to deepen participants’ understanding of personal pleasure.
