This is a weekly group therapy space for adults raised as only children. This group will run for the course of 40 sessions.
The fee per session is INR 1200, and a few sliding scale slots are available as per need.
This group aims to create a supportive and exploratory space for adults with a unique life experience as an only child, and hopes to create a sense of community with the participants. It also aims to explore the specific challenges of this experience.
Why is this worthwhile in a group space?
We live, work and play within groups. They provide us a sense of community and belongingness that are crucial for our survival. Naturally, many of our difficulties also arise within groups. Therapy groups mimic real-life relationship dynamics and are potent playgrounds to explore, understand and resolve these difficulties.
