It is a space for survivors of sexual abuse who are seeking support and understanding. This group is for those who want to connect with others who truly get it, share experiences, and learn helpful tools for healing. With a psychologist who has lived experience facilitating the space, it’s a community built on both professional guidance and genuine, lived understanding.

    Let’s Discuss The Meh Ⓡ is a safe brave space for those struggling with emotional distress. It is a space to talk about anything that you are going through. A psychologist with lived experiences facilitates the discussion while six other participants hold space for each other as they share. Those who attend our session find a sense of belonging, hard laughter (where we laugh at the hard stuff in life) and tools they can use in their own time ♥ The Meh Ⓡ is an overwhelming feeling of emotions and thoughts - sadness, loneliness, worry, boredom, disconnection and so on. The Meh Ⓡ is a simple way to articulate that you’re not okay
