Zinnia Bharucha is a psychologist with over nine years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples and families in both online and offline settings. She holds an MSc in Mental Health from King’s College London and an MA in Counselling Psychology from IGNOU. Her integrative approach combines psychoanalytic understanding, cognitive and behavioural tools, trauma-informed techniques and holistic practices to support emotional and relational well-being. Zinnia has worked with clients across different cultural backgrounds globally and specialises in helping couples on the verge of breakup or divorce rebuild clarity and communication. Her warm, non-judgmental style makes it easier for clients to introspect, express openly and strengthen healthy boundaries.
Through SoulUp’s Strengthening Family Functioning Support Group, Zinnia offers a safe and collaborative space where participants can reflect on family dynamics and learn practical skills to improve communication, trust and emotional connection at home. She believes that a functional and supportive family unit plays a vital role in shaping emotional resilience, belonging and the ability to form meaningful relationships beyond home.
