Facilitator Bio:
With over 12 years of experience, 100+ clients, and 1200+ therapy hours, I hold compassionate space for individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. My work is deeply trauma-informed and grounded in an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens—meaning I engage with the many parts of you, each carrying its own story, role, and unmet need. At the core of my practice is the belief that healing isn’t about fixing—it’s about understanding, offering compassion, and creating a safe, supportive presence. I guide clients in gently unburdening long-held patterns, building emotional clarity, and reconnecting with their innate strength and self-leadership.
