Aradhana is a dedicated counselling psychologist whose work focuses on normalising conversations around mental health and reducing stigma. She has experience working across individual and institutional settings and has been associated with organisations such as Nur Manzil Psychiatric Center. She has facilitated parenting workshops, collaborated with 21 Core Army Public Schools, and designed employee wellness programs for organisations including Piramal Pharmaceuticals. Her approach is grounded in the belief that mental health is a core pillar of overall well-being and a healthier society.
She brings several years of experience working with individuals and support groups around grief, separation, and rebuilding life after divorce. Aradhana is certified in Narrative Therapy from the Dulwich Centre and integrates narrative practices into her group spaces, alongside her training in family and couple therapy. This work feels deeply meaningful to her as it is informed by her own lived experience of navigating a traumatic divorce, and she has been facilitating similar support spaces for nearly two years now.
