Facilitator Bio:
Aradhana Dixit is a dedicated counseling psychologist and the founder of “Well-being on My Couch,” an initiative aimed at dismantling societal stigma surrounding mental health. Her mission is to normalize conversations about mental health, emphasizing its importance in overall well-being.
With extensive experience in both individual and institutional settings, Aradhana has worked with notable organizations including Nur Manzil Psychiatric Center, where she contributed her expertise in mental health care. She has also led parenting workshops, collaborated with 21 Core Army Public Schools, and developed comprehensive employee wellness programs for Piramal Pharmaceuticals.
Aradhana’s work is rooted in her belief that mental health is a crucial component of a healthy society, and she continues to advocate for greater awareness and understanding in all aspects of life.
