Facilitator Bio:
Hi! I’m Amatullah, a practicing psychologist with over 8 years of experience working with diverse populations across India and abroad.
As I begin my own journey into motherhood, I’ve witnessed firsthand how becoming a mom can be both beautiful and overwhelming. This experience has inspired me to create safe, judgment-free spaces for new moms to connect, share, and support one another through the emotional and identity shifts that come with motherhood. Through this support group, we talk about the real challenges-emotions, changing relationships, identity, and finding yourself again amidst it all.
I’ve always been deeply curious about why and how we think, feel, and act as humans. For me, psychology is not just a profession-it’s a purpose. My aim is to help people heal, grow, and build the tools to become self-reliant and emotionally resilient.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and have additional training in Clinical Hypnotherapy. Over the past eight years, I’ve worked with individuals aged 15 to 60, supporting them through concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, OCD, and relationship conflicts.
At the heart of my work lies empathy, curiosity, and a deep commitment to helping people reconnect with themselves and live more fulfilling lives.
