Who Can Attend? This workshop welcomes adults from all backgrounds who have experienced isolation. It is also beneficial for mental health professionals, caregivers, and individuals in supportive roles seeking creative ways to engage with and address feelings of isolation.

About the Facilitator: Shamal is a counselling psychologist trained in narrative therapy with a trauma-informed and social-justice-informed approach. She addresses trauma at both personal and systemic levels, embracing feminist, anti-caste, neuro-divergent, and queer-affirmative perspectives. Outside of work, Shamal enjoys writing, art, spending time with her cat, and caring for her plants.
