Many of us aim to do things ‘perfectly’, which is considered a good thing. But sometimes, the need to be perfect at something involves pressure on ourselves of high standards, which also powerfully influences how we think about ourselves.
Join us as we unpack and identify the unhelpful or difficult parts of perfectionism, so that we continue to get satisfaction from our achievements, without the frustration of not getting things ‘right’.
We will be using the modality of mandala art, which are therapeutic and beautiful in their process of creation and colouring, to unpack the difference of striving for excellence and striving for perfection.
Note: This is NOT an art/ mandala workshop. It is a self-reflective space for you to explore your relationship with perfectionism, through the process of creating mandalas. You will be taught the basics for this.
