Who is it for? Experiencing occasional anxiety is a natural part of life. However, if you frequently experience intense, excessive, and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations, this group is for you. If you find that feelings of anxiety and panic interfere with your daily activities, are challenging to control, are disproportionate to the actual danger, and you may avoid places or situations to prevent these feelings, the group can assist. Note: This group is not recommended for severe cases of anxiety or any case where there are other co-morbid conditions.

Swaruti is a psychotherapist who offers gentle, heart-centered, and trauma-aware therapeutic spaces for individuals and groups. With over six years of experience, she works with deep emotional and relational patterns using mindfulness-based, somatic, and attachment-oriented approaches.
She holds a Masterβs in Clinical Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Mindfulness-Based Presence-Oriented Psychotherapy from TISS Mumbai, along with a Certificate in Attachment Sciences from the Bowlby Centre, UK. She is also trained in VIHASA (Values in Healthcare) and in facilitating forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku).
Swaruti is drawn to group work for its relational and co-regulating potential, and has facilitated therapeutic groups on anxiety, attachment, and relationships, including through her mental well-being program Raahi. She views groups as collaborative spaces where safety, compassion, and shared healing can emerge.
