We strive to create a safe and nurturing space where individuals can openly reflect on their experiences, acknowledge their emotions, and navigate life’s challenges with support and understanding. Life presents us with difficulties that can feel overwhelming, whether it’s the weight of grief, the struggle with anxiety, the exhaustion of burnout, the pain of heartbreak, or the darkness of depression. Caregivers, too, often carry immense emotional and physical burdens, making it essential to have a place where they can be heard and supported.
Our community is built on the foundation of empathy, connection, and healing. Here, individuals from all walks of life can come together to share their stories, find solace in mutual experiences, and gain strength from one another. We believe in the power of shared healing, where people can express their emotions without judgment, receive encouragement, and develop coping strategies to move forward.
By fostering a compassionate environment, we hope to provide not just a space for emotional support but also a pathway toward growth and resilience. Together, we embrace the journey of healing, adapting to challenges, and rediscovering hope, knowing that no one has to face their struggles alone.
R.A.A.H. was born from a simple need—a safe space where people could be seen, heard, and supported. What started as small conversations grew into a community of shared healing. “RAAH,” meaning path, symbolizes our journey together—through struggles, growth, and connection. Here, no one walks alone.
Both the facilitators realised the need for a calming and healing space for individuals to find support in navigating life’s diverse challenges.
Pranay Javeri is a qualified psychologist with over 3 years of experience who combines different therapeutic techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. He brings a trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, & intersectional perspective to his practice, making sure everyone feels safe, respected, and valued. Pranay’s goal is to help clients find hope for a brighter future. Outside of work, he’s usually curled up with a good book or enjoying the company of cats!
Priyanka Rawlani is an expressive arts therapy practitioner, singer, and artist. For over two years, she has supported people of all ages by creating a safe and reflective space. Her approach is trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, neurodivergent-affirmative, feminist, and socially aware. She believes that safety isn’t just personal, it’s something we build together. When the world is safer, we feel safer too.
Our practice is built on an eclectic approach to therapy, acknowledging the importance of individual needs and the diversity of the people we serve. We integrate a person-centered approach with various therapeutic modalities, including narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, expressive arts, and others. This approach empowers clients to challenge limiting, problem-focused narratives and reshape them into more meaningful and affirming stories, fostering a greater sense of agency and self-determination.
The facilitators are specially trained to work through a trauma-informed and queer-affirmative lens, ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and supported. We are committed to providing an inclusive and validating space where individuals can explore their identities, experiences, and challenges without fear of judgment or discrimination.

We launched TheMindClan.com because we know firsthand how challenging it can be to find support for ourselves and our loved ones. We know that experiences of neurodivergence (like dyslexia, ADHD, autism, etc), or being from a marginalized community (LGBTQIA+, etc), can make it especially challenging to find support.
We understand the overwhelming feeling of scrolling through endless lists, wondering whom to trust, and not knowing what to expect.
If you appreciate our mission of making mental health care accessible and inclusive, and would love to bring this to your organization or collaborate with us, we'd be delighted to hear from you!
