A weekly group therapy which is a space that invites focus on understanding one’s experience of PCOS, the ways in which it impacts various aspects of life, find connection with others with similar or different experiences and make meaning collectively in a safe space.
The hope is that we meet week after week to peel back layers of experience, give and receive support for things that come up within the space, whether PCOS related or not.
PCOS impacts one in every three women in India and yet it’s lived experiences find neither space nor acknowledgement. PCOS is more than just a medical occurrence, it deeply impacts the ways in which others and ourselves experience and view us. It shapes our appearance, the ways in which we relate to our bodies, it’s connections to the ideas of motherhood and ‘womanhood’, our experience of pain and physical suffering, and how we view ourselves in relational spaces with romantic/sexual partners, workspaces or social gatherings. In what can be a difficult experience, it is important to find connection, support and expression.
This is how the idea of the group came into being.

We launched TheMindClan.com because we know firsthand how challenging it can be to find support for ourselves and our loved ones. We know that experiences of neurodivergence (like dyslexia, ADHD, autism, etc), or being from a marginalized community (LGBTQIA+, etc), can make it especially challenging to find support.
We understand the overwhelming feeling of scrolling through endless lists, wondering whom to trust, and not knowing what to expect.
If you appreciate our mission of making mental health care accessible and inclusive, and would love to bring this to your organization or collaborate with us, we'd be delighted to hear from you!
