When i was young, i used to help my friends sort their fights, manage their tension before exams etc. Thought why not make it my profession! Ofcourse now its a purpose of life i feel - to spread happiness, help it surface.. as its the essential nature of man.
Understanding how human behaviour works, that i am able to ’enter’ the system of the other and help them see light.
Hope that the counselling process can help and that they something little concrete to help them deal with the issue.

Read, write, go for walks, watch movies, talk to self, talk to friends, clean & sort stuff.
