I work with young adults with concerns pertaining to emotional difficulties, relationship with self and others, complex trauma, grief and loss.

My therapuetic approach is drawn from different schools of thought with Narrative Therapy being a primary lens. A person is not a problem, a problem is a problem which is often rooted in structural systems of family, politics and history.
