I always had an inclination to understand Mental health and its impact on people. I wanted to contribute to the well being of the people. I pay special attention to now intersectionalities come together to either protect or make people vulnerable.

I respect vulnerability a lot, and therapy is a space where people are the most vulnerable.

The feeling that someone cares and is willing to hear them out.

I know it can be difficult to make the first call, but please do it, the rest is the therapists’ job. Make that first call!

I have experience in dealing with varied issues like, Anxiety, Depression, Suicidal Ideations, Body Image Issues, Relationship Concerns, Domestic Violence, Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder and Substance Abuse/ Addiction. I believe that therapy is a space where we collaboratively work towards reducing and managing distress and at the same time working towards personal growth and development.
