**Welcome to UNTAMED - Group Therapy for Women with Body Image Concerns! **

We understand that cultivating a healthier body image is a journey, and Untamed is here to help you begin.

**Our Theory is Deceptively Simple: **

WHAT WAS BORN WITHIN JUDGEMENTAL SOCIAL SETTINGS CAN ALSO START HEALING IN ONES THAT ARE INCLUSIVE AND ACCEPTING.

Start Date & Time: Jan 4th, 2024 |Thursday | 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm IST

Following this, we’ll meet each week on the same day and time, with the exception of the occurrence of any emergency.

End Date: Feb 22nd, 2024 |Thursday

Each session has a different theme, the structure of which is curated by us (Anvita and Saumya) based on our professional experience and theoretical knowledge.

Every participant will have the opportunity to share, listen and learn therapeutic tools to build a healthier body image.

Once the group ends, participants will be provided with guidance to further their journey of healing.

How It Works

1. Find Support

Browse our curated list of mental health professionals, support groups, and resources that resonate with you.

2. Learn More

Read detailed profiles, specialties, and approaches to understand if they're the right fit for you.

3. Connect Directly

We'll help you reach out and then step aside - your mental health journey is personal.

We are TheMindClan.com.

We understand that seeking mental health support can be daunting, that's why we're here to simplify the process. We have curated a list of inclusive therapists, support groups, helplines, and resources across India, to try and get the support you deserve.

The above section helps us continue curating resources on our platform.

Made with ❤️ by a small team of people who understand the struggles of finding inclusive support.

We are here to make that journey a little easier.

Curated Profiles

We handpick our support providers after personal interviews and a rigorous curation process.

No Middlemen. Take Things Ahead Directly

We provide you with direct contact details of support providers, empowering you to reach out, ask questions, and schedule sessions

Access Their Story

Get to know your potential therapist or support group's background & journey, helping you find someone who feels right for you.

No Hidden Fee

To keep their services affordable, every payment happens directly between you and the support provider. We do not take any commissions, which means support providers don't need to inflate their fees to account for middleman costs.

Confidential

Your conversations with support groups, therapists, and others remain completely private. We never ask them for any information about the concerns you have shared with them.

Your Relationship, No Interference From Us

If the therapist or support group you choose is not a good fit, you can use our platform to find someone else you feel more comfortable with. We're not here to interfere with your relationship with your support provider.
