The Hard Copy - a publication dealing with Indian design, creativity and innovation - believes now is the right time to address this issue, especially as they hear of stories of increased stress from many people working in the creative sector.

THC writer, Deepak Gopalakrishnan speaks to Vijay Gopal, a qualified mental health counsellor who has a private practice in Mumbai, and who is one of the therapists listed on TheMindClan.com. This session will cover how creative folk can navigate these waters during these difficult times. Prior to his counseling practice, Vijay spent years in the corporate world, which makes him well-placed to help people with workplace and career-related issues.

There is a token fee of 200 per attendee. All proceeds will go to sampark.org, to aid their efforts to provide food and hygiene products to migrant workers.
