This is a listening circle for queer & trans folks, and those who stand with them. This is a space to share, listen, and sit with emotions together.
You are welcome to bring whatever feels present, grief, anger, confusion, or simply the need to not be alone. There is no pressure to speak; you can also choose to just listen.
Some things to keep in mind to ensure safety:
What is shared here stays here. Listen to understand, not to respond. Speak from your own experience, not for others. Respect identities, pronouns, and boundaries. You can choose to pass at any time. Take care of yourself and step away if needed. Be mindful to share space with others. No recording, screenshots, or sharing anyone’s images/ recordings without consent. This is a support space, not a debate space. We co-create this space with care, respect, and gentleness.
Please note: This circle is not a replacement for psychotherapy, group therapy, individual counselling, or crisis support. It is a shared community space, not a clinical or therapeutic service.
