Siddharth Trigunayat is a psychotherapist in private practice who advocates for rights-based and socially informed mental health practices, recognising how systemic and cultural factors shape individual well-being. He works with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, substance dependence, intimacy difficulties, family conflicts, and workplace struggles. He is currently training as a Drama & Movement Therapy facilitator and is deeply interested in exploring the mind–body connection in healing.
He has facilitated therapeutic drama and movement groups with adolescent boys from economically weaker backgrounds and within juvenile care settings, and has also designed and led corporate workshops on themes such as perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and conflict management. As a researcher and practitioner interested in gender and sexuality, Siddharth brings both professional and lived insight as a cis-gendered man into creating spaces where men can reflect on how masculinity, social expectations, and unspoken wounds shape their emotional lives and relationships.
For Siddharth, group spaces offer a rare and necessary opportunity for honest, non-judgmental conversations about manhood, vulnerability, and connection—supporting participants to better understand themselves and one another with greater compassion.
