Deconstructing BPD is a closed, weekly online group therapy space for individuals sitting with— or relate to — experiences commonly associated with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Rooted in a trauma-informed, anti-pathologizing, and relational approach, this group offers space to explore emotions, relationships, and identity with care and nuance.
Rather than focusing on “fixing symptoms,” the group centers reflection, emotional presence, and collective meaning-making. Sessions are gently structured and facilitated with a focus on safety, attunement, and connection. Themes include attachment, boundaries, self-trust, identity, and the impact of trauma, invalidation, and marginalisation.
This group may resonate with those who:
Have received (or are exploring) a BPD diagnosis, Navigate intense emotions or relationship challenges, Have felt shamed, misdiagnosed, or misunderstood in mental health systems, Hold multiple marginalised identities, Are AFAB (assigned female at birth) and/or identify with womanhood, and want to explore the gendered lens of emotional expression and mental health, Seek an affirming space for reflection, connection, and healin.
This is not a DBT or skills-only group, but a supportive and collaborative space to reimagine emotional life through presence, story, and shared insight.
