You’ve been the narrator AND the audience of your story for a while now. Curious to know what that story is you’ve been telling yourself?

The purpose of the workshop is self-awareness using the pen and paper. It will comprise of guided activities that will enable participants to understand themselves better. Workshop Open For All above 21 years of age. Participants below 21 years of age would have to be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Workshop content may not be suited for those below 15 years of age.
