Our aim is to foster a secure, contemplative, and non-judgmental atmosphere for members to share their experiences, challenges, and concerns related to the arranged marriage process. This is beneficial for individuals currently navigating the process as well as those considering it as an option.

Dr. Akanksha is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience in clinical practice. She follows a holistic, person-centered approach, working collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with their unique needs and life goals. Her work integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based interventions, and she prioritizes creating a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space.
She has extensive experience working with individuals navigating depression and BPD, and her interest in this work is also shaped by personal insight into emotional lows and life transitions. Dr. Akanksha has taught group counselling to postgraduate students and facilitated workshops and group interventions for university students and corporate employees, working with groups ranging from 25 to 200 participants. She believes group spaces play a powerful role in helping individuals feel supported, understood, and better equipped to manage challenges across different areas of life.
