Amidst the distress that’s surrounding us, this is a small check in from TheMindClan for all of us and our mental health.
To pause while we are feeling all our feelings, to pause as we continue to respond to the distress.
We may not be able to access everything on this checklist at any particular moment, and that’s okay. But we can use this list as a reminder and access whatever is possible and doable from it.
We hope you have found (or are on the path to finding) a supportive space to express and cope with what you feel.
