What is the group about?

"Shades of The Meh creates a playful safe space to become aware of colour in our daily lives and its tremendous impact on us as human beings. Unlearning stereotypes in language and imagery, we reclaim our roots, process our experiences, understand our needs, empower each of our unique identities, by simple practices of scribbling, colouring, breathing and just being."
