Micro Action During The Pandemic

Mental Health Micro Actions

Our micro-action series is back! A reminder that little actions and tiny steps matter in our mental health care journey. 🤗

This week, recognize if you have been hard on yourself.Have there been moments when you’ve come down hard on yourself for a mistake or an oversight?Moments when that critical voice in your head grew louder than it usually would?Moments when feelings of guilt or shame have creeped in and overstayed their visit?

Take notice of these moments and hold them with kindness, as you would for a loved one. Know that you can lend yourself that same empathy and compassion as you would for a friend. Be gentle and take responsibility for any changes or amends you might want to make. Forgive yourself. 🌻
