    Facilitator: Ramni Kaushik
Ramni Kaushik is an Individual and Group Psychotherapist and a WellbeingEducator, passionate about supporting South Asian adults break free from self-limiting labels, relationships, and structures to step into their fullest selves. Withover six years of experience across corporates, nonprofits, and academic spaces, she brings a deeply intersectional, trauma-informed, and queer-affirmativeapproach to mental health.Through her private practice, Unhold, Ramni creates spaces for individuals andcommunities to navigate their emotional and systemic journeys-beyond justcoping, toward transformation. She firmly believes that healing in isolation canbe limiting; true growth emerges through relational and systemic support. Thisphilosophy drives her work in Group Therapy, which she sees as a powerfulmedium for connection, reflection, and change.Currently training in Group Analytic Therapy with the Institute of GroupAnalysis, UK (in collaboration with HNI, India), she continues to refine herexpertise in fostering meaningful therapeutic spaces. Whether working withindividuals or facilitating groups, her goal remains the same: to help peopleexperience healing, agency, and connection in ways that feel authentic to them.
