A supportive 6-month group for women engaging in unfiltered conversations.
In partnership with a therapist, the group explores themes such as work, relationships, family, personal dreams, ambitions, and more, fostering an environment of mutual support and empowerment.
#Group Type: Therapy Group
Group Objectives:
This group offers a secure and confidential setting for women to share their experiences and challenges. The primary goal is to improve emotional well-being through facilitated discussions, explore self-care practices, and inspire one another in personal growth journeys.
With the therapist’s leadership, our aim is to create a supportive community that encourages resilience, self-discovery, and the development of healthy coping mechanisms tailored to the distinct roles and challenges women encounter.
Topics to be Discussed:

1.2. Being a woman in today’s world – experiences, challenges, and expectations
1.3. Cultural context – understanding its influence, personal meanings, and fitting in (or not)
1.4 Identity and its Roles – examining the various labels we carry – ‘daughter’, ‘queer’, or ‘introvert’, and distinguishing between societal roles and personal choices
Relationships and Intimacy (family, romantic relationships, friendships, etc.)
Health and Wellbeing (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health)
Women’s Role in Society (career, education, finances, social media, etc.)
