This meetup is part of our handpicked list of communities π€
We've been working since 2018, to curate inclusive spaces for anyone to access when they're in distress.
Carefully curated
Community-led
Reach out directly. No Gatekeeping.
When you reach out to a community, our platform gets you directly in touch with them. No gatekeeping, no extra charges or middleman. This might make the process of hearing back from them take a bit longer, but that's our way of ensuring you stay in control of your mental health journey.
This profile is part of a carefully curated list of group therapy gatherings and support groups across India.
These profiles operate independently, setting their own prices and managing their practice entirely on their own.
All payments are made directly to them, with our platform simply facilitating initial connection. We do not take any commissions or kickbacks.

Our curation process
Find someone who understands you, in just a few clicks.
We've developed a curation process over 7+ years, which allows us to carefully curate each inclusive and affirming mental health provider listed on our platform.
1. Therapists / Support Groups Contact Us
We receive applications from therapists and support groups who want to join our community.
Therapists and support groups apply to join our community. We review basic qualifications - only suitable candidates move forward.
2. Peer Referral Confirmation
Feedback from within our community.
We reach out to trusted professionals within our community about the applicant. If we don't get confident feedback, we stop here.
3. Personal Interview
Our personal interview with the applicant.
We have a conversation to understand their values and approach to inclusive care. Those who don't align with our standards don't continue.
4. Curation Questionnaire
Our detailed assessment of the applicant.
Applicants answer detailed questions about working with diverse communities within our network. Inadequate responses, or a lack of experience with diverse communities, ends the process.
5. Final Decision
(Approx 1 - 2 Months In Total)
We review everything carefully within our community standards. Only providers who pass all stages join our platform.
We have come a long way since we started in 2018, and have been adapting our curation process every day. From the time a therapist or support group reaches out to us, it takes about 1 - 2 months to complete the process.
Inspired By Our Own Struggles.
We launched TheMindClan.com because we know firsthand how challenging it can be to find support for ourselves and our loved ones. We know that experiences of neurodivergence (like dyslexia, ADHD, autism, etc), or being from a marginalized community (LGBTQIA+, etc), can make it especially challenging to find support.
We understand the overwhelming feeling of scrolling through endless lists, wondering whom to trust, and not knowing what to expect.
For Everyone
Whether you’re coping with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, grief, or any other mental health concern, we’re here to help you find the right support.
Inclusive by Design
If you are queer, neurodivergent, or are from a marginalized community, your experiences are at the heart of what we do.
Handpicked with Care
Support providers are handpicked after personal interviews and a rigorous curation process.
For context: From 442 therapist who wanted to join our platform (Oct 2020βMar 2025), only 168 made it through our curation process.
Not Just Therapy
We also curate support groups π₯, create digital exercises π±, and work on corporate partnerships π’ that help make mental health a priority in more spaces.
