Aradhana is a dedicated counselling psychologist whose work focuses on normalising conversations around mental health and reducing stigma. She has experience working across individual and institutional settings and has been associated with organisations such as Nur Manzil Psychiatric Center. She has facilitated parenting workshops, collaborated with 21 Core Army Public Schools, and designed employee wellness programs for organisations including Piramal Pharmaceuticals. Her approach is grounded in the belief that mental health is a core pillar of overall well-being and a healthier society.
Her work with individuals navigating major life transitions, such as relationships, separation, and identity shifts. Drawing from Narrative Therapy (Dulwich Centre certified) and her training in family and couple therapy, Aradhana creates reflective spaces where individuals can explore their values, fears, societal influences, and personal desires with clarity and without judgment. She views such decision-focused group spaces as deeply meaningful, as they allow individuals to step away from external pressures and move toward choices that feel authentic and aligned with their lives.
