Keziah Verghese is a trauma-informed therapist deeply committed to helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and cultivate emotional safety from within. Her work integrates nervous system regulation practices, nature-based healing approaches, and structured therapeutic spaces, including support groups for individuals living with Borderline Personality Disorder. Her approach is integrative, body-based, and firmly grounded in trauma research.
Keziah’s clinical training includes Complex Trauma Certification (Levels 1 & 2) by Janina Fisher, a 4-month Somatic Therapy Certification Course by Abi Blake, Internal Family Systems (IFS) training with Frank Anderson, and EMDR training with Arielle Schwartz and Stacy Ruse. She views therapy as a gradual, deeply human process—one that can be slow and emotionally demanding, yet profoundly meaningful. Witnessing clients connect their experiences, feel safer in their bodies, and build self-understanding gives her work a strong sense of purpose, making the process of change unfolding in real time deeply fulfilling for her as a therapist.
