    Apoorva Vashisht is an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with 9 years of experience working with adults experiencing emotional difficulties, interpersonal stress, depression, anxiety, personality-related concerns, and trauma. She also supports individuals who engage in long-term psychotherapy for self-growth, healing, and empowerment, and works extensively with complex and chronic psychological concerns.
    She views therapy as an emotionally corrective experience that helps individuals feel seen, understood, and supported. Her person-centered, process-oriented approach integrates cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and systemic frameworks. Apoorva has specialized training in CBT from the Beck Institute, USA, and Family & Systemic Therapy from Bower Place, Australia. She has also trained in Object Relations Psychoanalysis (ORI, USA) and is currently pursuing Level 1 and 2 Complex Trauma Certification by Dr. Janina Fisher (PESI). She is a professional member of ISSTD, USA, and considers emotional regulation and emotional safety to be the foundation for deeper therapeutic work.
