    I’m Naveli, my work is deeply emotion-focused and centers on helping people connect with their emotions, understand them more fully, and express them in ways that feel both healthy and authentic.     My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, neuro-affirmative, and relational frameworks, and a significant part of my work involves supporting people with emotional eating. I approach eating not as a behavior to be controlled, but as an experience that is closely linked to emotions, nervous system states, memories, and meaning.
    In this group, we’ll explore your relationship with food in an intuitive, reflective way—looking at what eating feels like for you, what emotions may show up around food, and how your body and mind respond. The focus will be on understanding your lived experience of eating, building awareness, and developing a more compassionate and attuned relationship with food and yourself.
