When You are Running on Empty- A 4 session Burnout Support Group
About-
Burnout doesn’t always look like completely falling apart. Sometimes, it looks like constantly feeling tired, emotionally drained, unmotivated, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply like you’re running on empty.
If you’ve been functioning on autopilot and telling yourself, “I just need to get through this week,” this group may be for you.
This 4-session Burnout Support Group, designed as a small, supportive space where you can step away from the constant demands of everyday life and take some time to understand what’s happening beneath the exhaustion.
What we’ll explore together:
- Understanding burnout and recognizing your own signs and patterns
- The difference between stress, exhaustion and burnout
- Identifying what is draining you, and what is keeping the cycle going
- Boundaries, expectations and the difficulty of saying “no”
- Guilt, perfectionism and the pressure to constantly keep going
- Practical ways to restore energy and create sustainable routines
- Learning to rest without feeling like you have to “earn” it
- Building a more balanced and realistic way of functioning going forward
This is not a lecture or a one-size-fits-all workshop. It is a facilitated support space where we’ll have conversations, reflections and practical exercises, while also learning from the experiences of others who may be going through something similar.
Starts - 1st October
- 📅 Duration: 4 sessions
- 🗓️ Frequency: Every Thursday, 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
- 💰 Fee: ₹3,200 for all 4 sessions
The group will be kept intentionally small so that there is space for participation, reflection and meaningful connection.
If you’ve been feeling exhausted, stretched too thin, or simply need a space to stop for a moment and breathe, you don’t have to wait until you completely burn out to take care of yourself.
