This is a support group gathering for folks experiencing borderline personality.
1. What is MasksOff (ADHD Support Group) about?
Masks Off is a support group facilitated by a mental health professional, with a focus on creating a safe and affirming space for individuals who may or may not have a formal diagnosis. (An ADHD diagnosis is not necessary to be part of the group) The group is structured to be a supportive environment where members can speak openly without the pressure of masking or performing, and instead focus on exploring their authentic selves.
2. How does one sign up? What’s the coordination process like?
Participants are required to fill out a Google Form with their personal and contact details. Once they have submitted the form, they will receive an email containing the payment instructions and other relevant information.
