Stress and anxiety can often slip into our lives quietly, until one day they feel overwhelming and hard to manage. Many of us silently struggle, hiding our fears and worries, sometimes even feeling embarrassed about them.
At The Calm Corner, we come together to talk openly about these challenges in a safe, supportive space. Here, you’ll learn:

About the Facilitator – Roma Fernandes
I’m a mental health professional with 16+ years of experience supporting individuals through a variety of life challenges. Over the years, I’ve worked with
people facing stress, anxiety, low mood, and relationship difficulties, helping them feel heard, understood, and supported.
In The Calm Corner, my role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly share your experiences with stress and anxiety. I will guide
discussions, offer practical strategies to manage these feelings, and help the group build a supportive community where everyone feels seen and heard. My approach is warm, approachable, and collaborative – you’re not alone in this journey, and together we’ll explore ways to regain calm and balance in everyday life.
