Introducing to you: Vows and Ventures;
This is a therapy group for anyone who is contemplating, preparing for, or already married individuals who might be looking for support and insights to navigate through the sea of marital anxieties and changes.
There’s often a lack of support to help us sail through this new chapter. It’s like being tossed into the deep end of the sea without any swimming lessons, expected to navigate through the complexities of identities, roles, expectations, love, and finding joy all on our own. If you are contemplating/ preparing or have dived in and are looking for a supportive community where you can talk and explore how to navigate this new journey, this year-long group aims to support you consistently and affordably and make this journey less daunting.
What To Expect?
- Consistent support from a trained therapist and a broader community for over a year as you contemplate, prepare, and navigate the early years of marriage.
- Experiential insights through other members at different stages of their marital journey than yours based on their real-life experiences.
- Room to explore yourself- your boundaries, conflicts, love languages, and much more that could impact your marital life.
- The group experience just like in families will help you see how you connect in relationships and help to discover more about your partner, and their family and work your way into the marriage.
- Build capacity for future transitions and uncertainties in life in an affordable way.
