- Single Dads and Mums.
- Those who are constantly taking on the roles of problem solver, fixer, and caretaker.

Facilitator Bio:
Sheela is a practising counselling psychologist from Bangalore, India. Academically she holds a master’s degree in MSc Counselling Psychology. Sheela believes in individualized need-based interventions for each person seeking therapy. There can never be a ““one size fits all approach”” to understanding an individual’s inner world. To bring about a therapeutic change she makes use of Narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and uses Trauma lens. A combination of approaches to address individual, marital, and family concerns.
Sheela was married for 10 years and has two young daughters. She has a lived experience of separation and divorce and is now a single parent to two amazing daughters. She is looking forward to hold the space for the group to unwind and share with each other.
