This group is a space for anyone moving through change-big or small, quiet or hard to name. Transitions can include anything from navigating career, relationships, grief, relocation, retirement, or parenting challenges, to more internal shifts like identity questions, health changes, or a growing sense that “something is different.”

This group is a space for anyone moving through change-big or small, quiet or hard to name. Transitions can include anything from navigating career, relationships, grief, relocation, retirement, or parenting challenges, to more internal shifts like identity questions, health changes, or a growing sense that “something is different.”

Whatever the form, transitions can leave us feeling ungrounded, lonely, or unsure of who we are becoming. But you don’t have to go through it alone!

In this weekly group, we come together to share our experiences, reflect, listen, and support one another. Over time, the group becomes an anchor- a steady place where your voice can be found, your story can unfold, and connection can gently take root.

This form helps me get to know you a little before we begin. After reviewing your responses, I’ll reach out for a brief call to orient you about the group process.

There’s no pressure—just an open invitation to begin.

Steps to join:

  1. We start with a brief 20 minute orientation call to get to know a little bit about you and to give you a better understanding of what the group offers. (You will not be charged for this)
  2. After the orientation, you will have two (need based) one-on-one individual sessions (online) with me to explore your curiosities, apprehensions, and expectations from this process. (You will be charged a minimal fee for these session.)
  3. Thereafter, we arrive at a mutual decision to be a group member.

Important details:

1. The small group will constitute maximum of 8 members. 2. The sessions would be conducted online on Wednesdays from 7 to 8.30 PM IST. 3. We would be having approximately 35 sessions, starting from May 21st, 2025. 4. The charges would be Rs. 1000 per session (Sliding slot open)
