These Self-Care Workshops invite you to pause and make time to pay attention to your mental/ physical health.
Our theme has two sessions:
- The Personal Experience of Burnout & The Why & How of Boundary Setting.
- Using activity-based explorations and group reflections, we aim to build awareness of one’s own signs and needs.
- Through concrete takeaways, we encourage its immediate implementation.
Rs. 500 per workshop; Rs. 850 if registering for both together; Concession is possible upon request
