"A safe space for queer individuals to share their experiences and find support from one another."

What is your founding story?

"AtEase is an inclusive mental health platform. A large chunk of our team are queer and our therapists are queer affirmative. We wanted to create a safe space for queer individuals to come together and share their experience with each other."

"LGBTQIA+ Folks Only."

How does one sign up? What’s the coordination process like?

"There's a google form to fill. Once it is filled our CRM team gets in touch with them regarding the payment. Once the payment is made they receive a zoom link that they can join on the day of the support group."

"Opening; Ice breaker; A reflective question is asked; There is group interaction that takes place; Facilitator conducts an activity; Closing of the session"

"The takeaway we hope participants take back is a feeling of not being alone and having others who understand them."
