"It's an all inclusive support group for everyone. "

"Safe Space is will be held every Sunday, from 3-5pm. Each support group session will have a specific topic that will be determined from before. We start off with a feeling scale so people can rate their day, or week and tell us how they feel. We then start conversation on a particular topic that we have planned for that day and end with a grounding or self appreciation activity."
"Hope that they are not alone and that we will help in anyway we can to get through this"
