In order to achieve this, thorough planning and execution are crucial. "Art, movement and discussion will be used as modalities. It will be a participatory process, where individuals can express themselves in a non-judgmental space. No experience of dance, movement or art is required to attend the session. Materials Required: 1. Paper and pen 2. Any form of colours: colour pencils/sketch pens or crayons"

"At One Future Collective (OFC), under The Healing Liberation Project \[HLP] which is a community oriented intervention with an aim to promote healing, connection, learning, unlearning and growth. "Our spaces have been customised to specific target groups that we work with, including but not limited to, queer folks, survivors of gender-based violence, individuals with mental health illnesses, youth, people working in civil society etc. This group is for folks who are in self-discovery with their body and want to embrace and connect with their body."

"We aim for participants to depart with a sense of connection, empowered learning, self-reflection, and a feeling of being supported in their healing journey, fostering a stronger community bond, and equipping them with tools for personal growth and collective healing. The aim is for participants to get a space to reconnect with the body and creatively define what body liberation means for them through the medium of art, movement and discussion."
