What is your founding story?

"R.A.A.H. was born from a simple need—a safe space where people could be seen, heard, and supported. What started as small conversations grew into a community of shared healing. “RAAH,” meaning path, symbolizes our journey together—through struggles, growth, and connection. Here, no one walks alone. Both the facilitators realised the need for a calming and healing space for individuals to find support in navigating life’s diverse challenges."

What do you hope for participants in your group to take back with them after a session?

"We hope to give them warmth, solidarity and empathy to take back with them after a session. The group is meant to foster a sense of support and community. We hope they feel less alone in their experiences after a session. We aim to provide them with collectively created tools and strategies to deal with the challenges they face and to instil a sense of belonging within each individual."
