What is your founding story?

"Have been running grief support space at SoulUp since March 2022. Started the group after multiple people expressed need for the same. The goal was to create a safe space to share their pain and navigate the complex emotions of loss. Creating such a group was a compassionate response to the universal need for understanding and connection during times of bereavement, contributing to the emotional well-being of those navigating the challenging …"

Who is your group for?

"Anyone who is experiencing loss of a loved one. Grief is a very complex emotion that needs time, space and comfort, we hope to create that space in a collective sense of community to grieve ourselves and with each other sometimes, in silence, in any creative expression form through movement, writing, music , any chord that makes you feel connected."

"Sharing the flow of the session: Checkin, The facilitator reviews group guidelines, emphasizing confidentiality and respect.
