"In both my personal and professional journey, I have often observed that fear is a palpable emotion that restricts individuals from simply being. Self-criticism and self-judgment often stem from fear. Fear can be a holding emotion—keeping us from apologizing, forgiving others, forgiving ourselves, taking risks, moving past failure, or letting go. It seeps into everyday aspects of our lives, often crippling our ability to move forward. …"

"There will be a short Google form which will include basic demographic details, participants’ goals, and payment information. This will help ensure there is cohesiveness in the group and that we are able to create a supportive environment where everyone’s needs and objectives are considered."

"The session will be, on average, 2.5 hours long and will include rapport building, conversations and stories around fear, learning new narratives, an activity such as connecting with the inner child, and concluding takeaways.""
