I’ve always been fascinated with how unique every individual is. It was riveting to me that put through a similar situation, no two people will come out with the same thoughts or experiences. Being a psychologist not only gave me the opportunity to explore these individual differences across people in depth, but also to understand them, celebrate them and use them to facilitate growth in myriad ways.
The opportunity to be able to witness and support people being their most vulnerable, authentic, courageous and resilient selves.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic & integrative in nature which means that the work done is personalised to suit the needs of each client with a focus on emotional depth, relational dynamics and past experiences.
